A Time for Play
As the daylight hours begin to linger and flowers start to bloom, I discover a sense of playfulness that sometimes quiets during shorter Winter days.
I hope I never take for granted the ever-changing beauty of the Sequoia National Forest just a few hours from my front door. The sound of babbling brooks coupled with the smell of fresh pine shouts Spring and beckons me to explore.
On my most recent trip the sun was warm and animals were abundant. I found myself longing to dance in the sky with the butterflies. It was a wonderful day of play…and sometimes that's what is needed to see more clearly all the beauty around me. 😊
Where do you go to awaken your sense of playfulness?

I am in love with this Halogen Bow Back Sweater. Although it is sold out online (link below), I have seen it available in a Nordstrom store just last week. I've also included a link to a similar version as well.
